Once you've selected the Tufts Medicare Preferred Plan that meets your needs, there are several convenient ways to enroll:
Important: If you are enrolled in a MA Plan, PACE Plan, or Medicare Part D Plan, enrollment in Tufts Medicare Preferred will result in disenrollment from your current plan.

At any time you may request an enrollment package by calling 1-800-890-6600 (TTY 1-888-899-8977) Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
(Representatives are available 7 days a week, 8:00 a.m - 8:00 p.m. from Nov 15 - Mar 1). After hours and on holidays, please leave a message and a representative will return your call the next business day.
You may also complete and submit a Request for Plan Information form in order to receive an enrollment kit in the mail.
