Which situation is most like you?

  • Lower Premium

    I lead an active, healthy lifestyle and see my doctor only a few times a year. I value his opinion and take his recommendations on who to see when I am sick.

  • Lower Copay

    Some months I see a lot of doctors, other months I see very few. There are several medications I take too. It would be easier for me to pay more each month than pay a lot every time I see a doctor.

  • No Copays/Deductibles

    I want to go see almost any doctor I want, whether I’m home or visiting my kids out of state. And I don’t want to be bothered with medical copayments.
