We want to make it easier for you to provide Tufts Health Plan as a solution to your clients. To help support your hard work, here is what we thought you should know this month:
Easier D-SNP enrollment
Beginning in late June, we will start accepting D-SNP applications through the Broker Portal. Virtual training with details for using this new feature will take place around the week of July 6. Specific dates and times will be available soon. The training will also be recorded and will be sent out once complete.
4 steps to get ready for AEP
The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) for 2027 will be here soon (October 15th - December 7th). It's crucial to start your preparations now to ensure a successful and compliant enrollment season. We're committed to supporting you every step of the way, providing the resources and information you need to serve your clients effectively.
New issue of Well!
Our new summer issue of Well! includes details on member discounts, improving sleep, using our Wellness benefit, and much more. Members receive the issue on June 12. Take a look.
Tufts Health Plan members to receive health communications
Starting in June, Tufts Health Plan members will receive multiple communications including email, text, and live phone calls promoting general health, such as physical activity and using our Wellness benefit. If your clients ask about the communications, let them know they are intended to be helpful reminders of how Tufts Health Plan provides benefits and services that make it easier to lead a healthy lifestyle.
