Given the recent updates on Better Life Partners’ Massachusetts location closure, below are important details to support you with transitioning your current care or seeking an alternate location for future support. 

General Questions

Call Member Services at the number on your Tufts Health Plan member ID card. If you don’t have your ID card with you, we can help you find the right number to call. Here’s how to contact us. 


Our Member Advocates or Behavioral Health Service Navigators can help you:

  • Get access to other Better Life Partners’ locations in Maine or New Hampshire, if convenient.
  • Find other facilities in Massachusetts where you can transition your care or seek care for future/ongoing needs
  • Connect with our behavioral health care managers

Better Life Partners sent letters to all active patients in April 2026 which included Tufts Health Plan members.  


To minimize any confusion, Tufts Health PLan has opted to use this site for additional details and support to our health plan members.


Notification letters for facility closures are not required by law or by our regulatory guidelines. In many cases, the provider has already sent letters to its current patient roster including Tufts Health Plan members.
