How To Enroll

If you are changing plans and want your coverage to be effective for January 1st, we must receive your application no later than December 7th. Once you've selected the Tufts Health Plan Medicare Preferred plan that meets your needs, there are several convenient ways to enroll:

• Online

  Enrolling in a plan offered by Tufts Health Plan Medicare Preferred online is quick and seamless through our Online Enrollment Center. You will be done in just a few minutes.

• By Phone

  Our representatives are happy to take your application over the phone. Just call seven days a week, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

• By Mail

  If you prefer, you can mail or fax us (1-617-972-9475)  a completed application at your convenience. Download enrollment forms here.

  Request for it to be mailed to you:
  Fill out a Request Form online or call us and we can mail an enrollment form directly to your home.

• By Medicare

  You can also enroll by calling 1-800-Medicare (1-800-633-4227).  TTY users should call 1-877-486-2048 24 hours a day/7 days a week.  Or enroll online through the Medicare online enrollment center.

• By Sales Meeting

Important: If you are enrolled in a MA Plan or PACE Plan, enrollment in a plan by Tufts Health Plan Medicare Preferred will result in disenrollment from your current plan.
