Medicare Special Enrollment Periods
Now that the Open Enrollment Period has ended, it’s good to keep in mind there are certain Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs) for Medicare that let your clients make changes to their plan.
SCO and One Care plans - monthly enrollment
Don’t forget that our D-SNP plans are not dependent on enrollment periods. Eligible clients can enroll during any month of the year.
Please also remember to select a PBP level on all D-SNP enrollment forms before submission to ensure they are processed correctly. Use the Post Clinical Transition Form as your guide.
3 important steps to selecting a PCP
When assisting a member in selecting a PCP, make sure to follow these three important steps to avoid any disruptions of care for your clients.
Ordering OTC items via Amazon
As of April 2, 2026, Tufts Health Plan Medicare Advantage plan members can order OTC items online at Amazon.com. Members add their OTC card as a payment method to use their OTC balance for eligible items.
- Shipping is FREE for Amazon Prime members.
- Non-Prime members receive free shipping on orders over $35.
