We want to make it easier for you to provide Tufts Health Plan as a solution to your clients. To help support your hard work, here is what we thought you should know this month:

 

Tufts Health One Care – extra benefits for $0

Tufts Health One Care (HMO D-SNP) is a coordinated health plan for individuals ages 21-64 who have both MassHealth (Medicaid) and Original Medicare. Our 2026 plan includes enhanced benefits for OTC allowance, gym membership, rides, and more.

 

D-SNP 2026 – One Care and SCO certifications and training

To learn more and be certified to sell Tufts Health One Care and our Senior Care Options plan, attend one of our in-person training sessions. Trainings take place in our Canton office and there are two available training sessions on each of the following days:

Changes to SCO and MassHealth eligibility begin January 1, 2026

Starting January 1, 2026, MassHealth will require members to be enrolled in Medicare to qualify for enrollment in a SCO plan.

COVID-19 vaccine coverage

The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently placed restrictions on access to the COVID-19 vaccine. Point32Health is committed to covering COVID-19 vaccinations and promoting vaccine adherence as a public health policy.

Tufts Health Plan and CarePartners of Connecticut Medicare Advantage members can continue to receive the COVID-19 vaccine with a $0 copay.



2026 ANOC letters mail in September

Each September we send our members an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) letter that explains what’s changing for the upcoming year. ANOC letters will arrive for members by September 30. Once available, here’s where to find the ANOC.
