See your doctor for between $0 and $10
Many services that you see your primary care physician (PCP) for, such as an annual physical, cost $0.3 But seeing your PCP for a general appointment has a low $10 copay ($0 for HMO Smart Saver Rx members and $0 in-network for PPO RX members). This helps make it easier for you to see your PCP if you need to. And most of your benefits have set copay amounts, which makes it easier to know exactly what a service will cost you.
