What is the Member Services department?
Our Member Services department has extensive knowledge about the “ins and outs” of your plan. They have undergone intensive training that allows them to answer your questions in a way that is easy to understand.
What kinds of questions can I ask a Member Services representative?
If you have a question about any part of your plan, don’t hesitate to call. Our representatives are here to answer any questions you have about your plan. Here are just a few of the most common questions that new members ask:
- What is a referral and why do I need one?
- What is EFT and how do I sign up?
- What is covered when I travel?
- Where can I find information about my rights and responsibilities?
