For 2026, One Care members have access to savings on eligible over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and health-related items by using your OTC benefit.
One Care Instant Savings Card
With your over-the-counter (OTC) benefit,
Tufts Health One Care (D-SNP) members get
an Instant Savings card with $155 to spend every calendar quarter
on grocery, household, and OTC health-related items at
participating retailers and plan-approved online stores.
