Learn more about selling SCO

Find out more about selling our Tufts Health Plan Senior Care Options plan in two virtual training sessions. You’ll get details about MassHealth, a refresher on best practices, an overview of clinical concerns, and more. We have two virtual training sessions available:

June 4th, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - SCO Enrollment Best Practices
June 18th, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - MassHealth Assistance and More

Visa® Flex Advantage spending card update

While only a few members have experienced any issues, we want to notify you that the Visa Flex Advantage spending card that Access PPO members use to pay for dental services may be declined at locations Visa has not coded as a dental office under their Merchant Category Code. For example, a community health center that has health services but also offers dental services may not be coded by Visa in such a way that the Visa card would process for the member.

This is not a widespread issue, but we are notifying you in case one of your clients experiences any difficulty using their Flex Advantage spending card. We are developing language to include in 2026 member materials that will provide clarification around this issue.
