Visa® Flex Advantage spending card update |
While only a few members have experienced any issues, we want to notify you that the Visa Flex Advantage spending card that Access PPO members use to pay for dental services may be declined at locations Visa has not coded as a dental office under their Merchant Category Code. For example, a community health center that has health services but also offers dental services may not be coded by Visa in such a way that the Visa card would process for the member. |
