The easiest way to get medications that you take regularly is by using home delivery. Home delivery service delivers medications to your home and offers savings on select drug tiers.

What You Need to Know

Home delivery service is for medications you refill each month for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or asthma.

Does It Cost Anything Extra?

You do not pay anything extra to use home delivery and there is no charge for standard shipping.

Can I Save on Prescription Drugs?

Yes. If your plan includes prescription drug coverage, you may be able to save up to $53 for a 90-day supply of prescription medications (depending on the plan you are in and the tier your drug is on) with OptumRx Home Delivery Pharmacy. That’s a potential savings of up to $212 a year!* With home delivery, your medications are conveniently mailed to your home.

How Do I Sign Up for Home Delivery?

Signing up for home delivery is easy. You can sign up online, by phone, or by mail:

If your drug is on a pharmacy program (such as prior authorization or step therapy), more information may be needed before processing your order. A representative will let you know if any additional steps are required.

If your drug is not on a pharmacy program, a representative will call your doctor to get your prescription(s) set up for mail service. Once your prescription(s) are set up, you can refill them by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*Applies to Rx plans. Savings may be different depending on the plan you are in or if you receive your benefits from a current or former employer. Tufts Medicare Preferred Prime Rx members can save up to $45 for a 90-day supply of prescription medications—a potential savings of up to $180 a year.
